i loved darwyn cooke's run on the relaunch of the spirit...i am however, not yet sold on frank miller's movie version...looks a bit too "sin-city" for me...

I am a huge fan of Cooke's run on the Spirit too. DC should collect all of the issues he did into one book I would totally buy that. Darwyn Cooke's art deco design sensibilities are greatly reflected in this piece. Your background is so stylish

Frank Miller's Spirit is pretty much Sin City 2. I know they were friends but Eisner has gotta be rolling in his ground right now.

Your style is a good fit for The Spirit too, by the way. Nice job : D

Awesome! And yes, FM's Spirit has confused every non-informed audience member in all the theaters where they play the teaser trailer. Everyone thinks it's Sin City 2 only to find out that something called The Spirit is stealing all its cool visual fx.
